Job summary
We are seeking motivated individuals for an entry-level Picker / Packer position in Miami. No prior experience is necessary as we provide full on-the-job training. This role is perfect for someone looking to start a career in logistics.Responsibilities include order picking locating products in the warehouse using picking lists packing securely wrapping and boxing items labeling applying accurate shipping labels and documentation quality checks inspecting items for defects or damage before packing organization helping keep the warehouse clean and assisting with unloading incoming stock. Requirements include being reliable hardworking and a team player having good eye for detail to ensure orders are filled correctly physically able to stand for long periods lifting up to 40 lbs legally authorized to work in the U.S.
