Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote.
Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager.

The Analyst - Business Operations position will assist with a variety of strategic programs and processes managed by the Enterprise Tech Strategy team.
This role requires strong critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to gather and organize data to support team initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of technology platforms, some financial and business awareness, and be able to help coordinate project activities.
Success in this role depends on being proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals.
At this time, Ally will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.In office role with hybrid schedule. Ally work locations are Charlotte NC or Detroit MI
The Work Itself
Acts as a customer liaison and resource for other functions and departments within Ally Bank Partners with cross functional teams on key initiatives directly impacting Technology organization outcomes.
Support the Enterprise Technology Strategy team utilizing various platforms such as MS Office, Jira, Sharepoint, Confluence, and more to help drive efficiencies.
Support program and project activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.Other duties or responsibilities as may be required to effectively and efficiently respond to customer needs.
Skills
The Skills You Bring
1+ years' experience in business operations.
1+ years' experience in financial services.
Financial and banking experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred
Process management, project related and requirements gathering experience preferred
The candidate will have good product knowledge, ability to interpret questions/requests and ensure proper resolution and intervene on more complex situations.

Base Pay Range:
$ $115000 USD
An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications.
Incentive Compensation:
This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
