The Country Club of Birmingham is one of the southeast's premier private clubs, with a bustling banquets department and two unique restaurants. CCB serves a variety of cuisines with menu changes each month.

    Employees can expect a quick-paced work environment with exposure to many culinary techniques with the opportunity for growth. Both new cooks and seasoned culinarians alike will find this the perfect place to develop their skills in a fun, positive setting.

    Essential Functions

    Prepare food in accordance with club recipes and standards.

    Additional Responsibilities

    · Cooking experience & educational culinary training not necessary but preferred.

    · Our ideal candidate is self-driven, attentive, motivated & hard working with a positive attitude.

    · Must be able to manage time wisely & multi-task.

    · Needs to have a strong attention to detail & quick learner.

    · Must be able to work nights, weekends & holidays.

    · Willing to train those who want to learn

    · Other duties as assigned by Sous Chef

    Full-time or Part-Time Hours available

    Position starts mid-May and ends in August with the opportunity to continue on with the Club.
