    Job Summary
    As a Lead Automotive Service Technician, you will be in charge of recognizing necessary vehicle services and carrying out the required repairs, maintenance, and service tasks. This role also presents fantastic prospects for professional growth and advancement.

    Responsibilities

    • Thorough inspection of customer vehicles
    • Identification of essential vehicle repairs and maintenance needs, including troubleshooting drivability issues
    • Providing repair cost estimates
    • Execution of vehicle repairs and maintenance duties, such as air conditioning system repairs
    • Proper documentation of services rendered
    • Ordering necessary replacement parts
    • Adherence to safety protocols and regulations

    Desired Qualifications

    • Over 3 years of experience as an automotive technician
    • Familiarity with various shop equipment like wheel and tire machinery, alignment systems, diagnostic tools, and AC units
    • Demonstrated drive to acquire new skills and achieve success
    • Valid state driver's license with a clean driving history
    • Proficient in reading and understanding technical instructions and data
    • Preferred Background:
      • Desirable certifications include UTI, NASCAR, or ASE certification
      • Understanding of vehicle mechanical functions
