    We are seeking a Business Analyst Manager for our Product, Programs, and Analytics team (PPA).

    This role will be responsible for managing a team of business analysts, developing roadmaps to streamline access to business KPIs, and support projects that improve operational efficiency and or enable strategic shifts in our business model.

    The ideal candidate can balance data and customer anecdotes to influence decisions, has experience leading others, and dives deep into problems while distilling findings into concise action plans understood by a broad range of individuals.

    Key job responsibilities


    Manage a team of business analysts responsible for ensuring key business decision data is accurate, automated and delivered in a timely fashion.


    Develop and influence roadmaps to improve data access and ease of deriving business insights to make tactical and strategic decisions.

    Work with partner teams to define business metrics/goals

    Manage end-to-end projects as needed

    About the team


    The VIT PPA team is responsible for the development and continuous improvement of Content Creation workflows, tooling, and reporting that support our global operations, as well as dictating the organization's adherence to Financial and Business Excellence best practices.

    We partner closely with production, workflow, reporting, corporate finance, and CX partner teams to ensure we are able to deliver internally and externally produced content at scale, on time, and at the required quality.

    Basic Qualifications

    5+ years relevant experience in program management/business analysis

    3+ years people management experience

    Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights

    Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders

    Experience in Excel

    Preferred Qualifications

    Ability to communicate to a broad range of stakeholders

    Ability to work autonomously

    Effectively escalates to unblock as necessary

    Experience with Tableau, Quicksight, or other visualization platforms

    Experience with SQL

    Experience with Agile Sprint methodology

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.

    The base pay for this position ranges from $114,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market.

    Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
