    Job Title: Service Writer/Sales

    Job Summary:

    Sell and promote all products and services offered by Ramona Tire by following the company's store standards and expectations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet customers professionally and courteously in person and on the telephone using standardized customer service techniques.
    • Listen to and document customer concerns, inspect vehicle and refer to service history to accurately identify and verify customer needs.
    • Recommend services according to knowledge and clearly communicate additional recommendations from Automotive Technician to the customer for an informed decision.
    • Promote sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by demonstrating understanding of product and associated service requirements.
    • Provide accurate quote including cost and time of completion for approved services and updates throughout the day on status of services.
    • Follow procedures when cashing out a customer's ticket, including review of completed multi-point inspection and explanation of applicable warranties.
    • Conduct post repair and declined services follow up phone calls to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful but not required.
    • Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment.
    • Valid driver's license and passing pre-employment background and MVR screening.
    • Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturday's
