    Essential Functions: To provide a safe environment for residents, guests, visitors, employees and company assets via established procedures and practices. Supervise a shift of officers and guest service agents to accomplish the daily safety and guest services department operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Possess a leadership attitude to motivate and teach
    • Prepare shift schedule for personnel coverage on a daily basis
    • Possess knowledge of company and department policy and procedures
    • Present a professional attire at all times
    • Familiar with daily events and incidents
    • Conduct proper briefing/training with personnel on a daily basis
    • Counsel, correct and/or report work-related violations as applicable
    • Handle all complaints and reports pertaining to the shift
    • Conduct preventative maintenance checks on security equipment
    • Conduct post checks on a regular basis during the shift
    • Maintain accurate payroll logs for the shift personnel
    • Inventory Public Safety equipment on daily basis
    • Assist in first response calls, investigations and complaints
    • Report all major incidents to Management immediately
    • Review and correct all daily documents prior to filing
    • Handle internal conflicts professionally and fairly
    • Communicate (red, write, speak) professionally
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management
    Education/ Skills/ Work Experience Required
    • (2) years experience in the security/safety field
    • Excellent customer service skills in the security field
    • Excellent communication skills (speak, read, write English)
    • Excellent leadership skills
    • Ability to multitask and work a flexible schedule.
    • Valid Driver License
