- Organize mixed methods data collection (e.g. Focus groups, interviews, surveys) from participating organizations, healthcare administrators, healthcare providers and patients. Collect mixed methods data from identified collaborators. Analyze mixed methods data to identify avenues and potential methods to improve prenatal care among community clinics and non-birthing hospitals.
- Identify current perinatal quality improvement practices that align with areas for improvement identified in mixed methods data analysis. Based on provider and administrator recommendations modify perinatal quality improvement practices to be more applicable to community clinics and non-birthing hospitals. Organize and implement in-person and virtual training and education sessions using modified perinatal quality improvement practices.
- Represent NSDPQC at regional and national events such as the Dakota Conference, regional OB/GYN meetings, American Public Health Association meetings, and other as identified.
- Along with Executive Director, Co-mentor graduate and undergraduate student projects.
- Maintain knowledge of quality improvement best practices to enhance delivery of quality improvement projects.
- Complete duties and responsibilities per flexible work arrangement.

- Associate's degree in healthcare related field (healthcare administration, public health, health services, health science, nursing, etc.).
- 1+years experience working in a health care setting.
- Prior experience working with a perinatal quality collaborative.
- Demonstrated technological and computer proficiency (Microsoft Office).
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field (public health, healthcare administration, health policy, nursing, etc.).
- Experience working with North Dakota or South Dakota Perinatal care providers.

The Community Clinic Coordinator will be a full-time employee leading effort to improve prenatal care at the community clinics and non-birthing hospitals in North Dakota and South Dakota.
Working with primary care associations, healthcare administrators, health care providers and patients to collect data in order to identify avenues to improve prenatal care will be the main facet of this position.
Also designing and implementing educational trainings to improve prenatal care at community clinics and non-birthing hospitals.Duties & Responsibilities
