    About the Role

    Job Title:
    Desktop Support Role

    Required Qualifications

    4 years + experience IT Internal Tech support.
    Should have worked with Password reset, software application access, Platform access, software installation and update.
    Should have ability to work with different levels of internal employee PC/windows/Mac/laptops.
    Should have strong computer skills- ability to work with 10 windows open or multitask.
    Excellent trouble shooting skills to resolve issue with hardware or software.
    Excellent customer service skills and delivering exceptional service while successfully resolving internal employees IT issues.
    Can you support a demanding, fast paced, time sensitive environment.
    De-escalations with upset internal employee with PC issues.

    Salary Range:
    The salary for this position is between $40,000 – $50,000 annually.

    Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
