Under the general direction of the Cancer Program Director, the Manager of Radiation Oncology is responsible for the direction and supervision of the administrative and clinical affairs of Radiation Oncology services. Performs these duties and assures the provision of high-quality, clinically competent, customer-oriented service. Serves as the liaison between the areas of responsibility, contract physicians, hospital administration, the medical staff at large, nursing, and other departments.

Must Haves:

• 5 years Experience in an acute care facility at the Manager level
• Graduate of an accredited radiation therapy, medical dosimetry, or medical physics program
• National Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
• Upon hire: California Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification Or
• Upon hire: California Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification

Preferred:

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration Or
• Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration
