- Experienced leading setup of hardware and equipment for workstations - new & existing.
- Make hardware and system recommendations.
- Provide systems/equipment support for Remote workers.
- Maintain inventory of hardware, equipment, licenses, etc.
- Meet SLA requirements as designated.
- Ability to support on premise solutions and cloud services
- Manage printers, scanners, network equipment, etc. Keep hardware up to date.
- Manage Office 365 environment, including users, groups, devices, storage, support, etc.
- Manage cell phones & cell service, including accounts, devices, and support.
- Manage mobile software and hardware devices for both internal and external uses
- Manage phone system - setup, training, user support, directories, extensions, etc.
- Maintain servers, networks, WiFi, and ensure system security.
- Document processes and perform diagnostic tests as needed.
- Keep track of technological advancements and trends in IT support.
- Train employees on hardware functionality and software programs.
- Resolving logged errors promptly.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science preferred but not required, information technology or similar certifications.
- 5-7 years of experience as an IT System Administrator or similar role.
- Proficiency in IT helpdesk software, such as SA Manage, JitBit or similar products.
- Advanced knowledge of system security Cisco, Sonicwall
- Wifi system experience i.e. Meraki, Cisco etc
