About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Sales Support Specialist to assist our sales team with administrative tasks, customer communication, and pipeline coordination. This role ensures prospects receive timely responses, sales activities stay organized, and internal teams have the information they need to close deals efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and update lead information
- Prepare quotes, proposals, contracts, and sales documents
- Support inbound and outbound communication with prospects and customers
- Assist with follow‑ups, appointment scheduling, and pipeline tracking
- Generate sales reports, summaries, and performance updates
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams
- Organize digital files, sales collateral, and documentation
- Respond to customer inquiries and route issues to the appropriate team
- Support onboarding and post‑sale communication as needed
Qualifications Required
- 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.)
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred
- Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or service‑based industries
- Familiarity with VOIP, SMS platforms, or outbound calling tools
- Prior remote work experience
- Strong reporting or data‑entry skills
