    Senior Marketing Manager, Key Account Marketing


    on the Key Account Marketing Team, you will play a pivotal role in telling the story of how our products and services help our clients achieve their goals.

    You will be responsible for developing and executing our strategic initiatives to support the sales teams in driving product adoption, revenue growth, and overall customer satisfaction.

    This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, product knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

    The role serves as the day-to-day marketing lead to deliver metrics-based results and grow and nurture our client base across various customers segments: OEMs, Dealers, lenders, fleet operators and more.

    Key functions for this role include client marketing, sales enablement, thought leadership synthesizing, presentation development, template, asset creation, repository management and more.

    This position will partner with marketing counterparts, stakeholders, and boundary partners across the organization, leverage creative agencies to develop collateral and sales enablement tools across multiple channels including client meetings, RFPs, industry events, email, website, print and digital display advertising, direct mail, and sales enablement platforms.

    The ideal candidate will have experience in a matrixed organization driving marketing strategies to accelerate the pipeline of high valued clients into new sales opportunities and partnering with teams across the organization.

    The Senior Marketing Manager will need to become an expert on the services, target markets, clients, and competition to translate knowledge into high-impact materials that clearly communicate the value of our products to the industry.

    This role will report to the Sr. Director, Marketing for Cox Automotive Enterprise & Mobility.
    What You'll Do

    You'll create and maintain account marketing programs and tactics as well as develop sales enablement content such as client pitch decks, executive business review presentations, RFP responses, customizable sales collateral, and other materials for existing client accounts.


    You'll participate in growth strategies development with the sales team to help optimize engagement within the enterprise high-value accounts delivering 1-to-1 and 1-to-few nurture/expansion campaigns.

    You'll educate the Enterprise Sales, client support teams, and other stakeholders on new and existing marketing activities.


    Provide guidance and direction to agency partners to deliver high-impact creative assets that drive prospect and client engagement and leads for our sales team.

    Support client meetings/presentations and ensuring CAI template and brand guidelines are adhered visually/messaging.


    Partner with sales leadership to develop the sales enablement strategy based on analytics, value proposition and specific target, working collaboratively to optimize and drive conversion KPIs.


    Use the "voice of the client" perspective when developing product positioning and messaging that differentiates Cox Automotive in the marketplace.


    You'll explore, recommend, and develop the most effective marketing materials, channels, and messaging for key enterprise accounts on an ongoing basis.


    You'll define measurement criteria and report on metrics on a regular basis; learn, modify and work to continuously improve performance of marketing programs.


    You'll partner with Marketing Technology & Operations to develop accurate and actionable understanding of ABM orchestration platform and contact data quality across account segments and plans to augment where necessary.


    You'll ensure projects and day-to-day tasks are delivered on time, within budget and are in alignment with Enterprise Marketing along with the sales goals and priorities.

    Who You Are/ Qualifications


    Minimum:


    Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8 years of experience across multiple facets of marketing (including product marketing, brand positioning, campaign development, content marketing, thought leadership, development of sales enablement tools).

    The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 6 years of experience; a Ph.

    D.

    and 3 years of experience in a related field; or 12 years' experience in a related field with no degree.

    Knowledge of marketing technologies (ex. Salesforce, Seismic, Social Platforms).

    Advanced PowerPoint skills, Word and Excel.

    Strategic thinker and creative marketer.

    Ability to embrace change, wear multiple hats and work in a variety of environments, from start-ups to matrixed organizations.

    Results oriented and self-motivated.

    Developed interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work on cross-functional teams in both leadership and member roles.

    Excellent presentation, verbal communication and writing skills.

    Must have a style that promotes respect, credibility, and trust throughout the organization.


    Preferred:
    Degree in business or related discipline.

    Experience working with global stakeholders and teams.

    Developing creative for advertising materials and advertising communications.

    Analysis skills to not only present data but also summarize the findings and propose recommendations for future improvement.

    Ability to work with sales teams on sales enablement materials.

    Support marketing events at a national level.

    Innovative and visionary in marketing and campaign development.

    Pragmatic Institute certifications.

    Ability to travel ~10% of the year.
