    Responsibilities
    We are looking for an ambitious Prep Cook to assist in the preparation of delicious dishes in the kitchen
    • You will perform routine kitchen tasks such as setting up workstations and ingredients, so that food can be prepared according to recipes
    • A great prep cook will be quick and diligent and willing to improve on the job
    • You will be able to follow instructions as well as all health and safety rules in the kitchen
    • Prepares food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
    • Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant
    • Cleans and maintains station in practicing good safety, sanitation, organizational skills
    • Has understanding and knowledge to properly use and maintain all equipment in station
    • Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas
    • Ability to safely operate a commercial dish machine
    • Ability to manage safe use of chemicals for cleaning and sanitizing
    • Ability to re-stock and move effortlessly between active cook lines
    • Cleaning and organizing duties are completed accurately and on time
    • Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by the Chef or Kitchen Manager at any time
    • Fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the restaurant to another
