Completes all required documentation following treatment, ensuring documentation reflects care provided and outcomes achieved. Maintains current knowledge and awareness of insurance regulations related to provision of therapy services. Acts fiscally responsible in use & request of supplies, and in submitting patient charges in a timely manner. Coordinates patient care with other clinical team members ensuring optimal patient care and communication. Maintains and enhances personal and professional knowledge, as well as promoting professional standards in physical therapy.Demonstrates respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors, and fellow employees to ensure a professional, responsible, and courteous environment.
Promotes effective working relations and works effectively as part of a team inter- and intra- departmentally to facilitate the department's ability to meet its goals and objectives.
Communicates with supervising therapists, through written or oral means, the progress of assigned patients and/or unexpected changes in patient status.
Modifies the treatment plan, based on anticipated functional outcomes in consultation with the therapists. Documents findings in the record. Additional duties as assigned.What we need from you Education:

USD $15,000.00 Pay Range Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.

USD $26.77/Hr
