    POSITION SUMMARY


    The Audience Activation Manager holds the pivotal responsibility of crafting and executing comprehensive audience activation strategies across various digital platforms to bolster engagement, retention, and revenue.

    The ideal candidate boasts a proven track record in steering audience activation initiatives, fine-tuning campaign performance, and nurturing robust vendor relationships.

    This role is instrumental in furnishing actionable insights crucial for our core business, serving as the principal architect for audience selection in marketing endeavors.

    The incumbent translates marketing requisites into tangible output files, intricately derived from intricate campaign architecture, thereby directly impacting our customers and prospects.

    Develop and

    Execute Audience Activation Strategies:

    Spearhead the development and implementation of strategies aimed at elevating customer engagement and fueling revenue growth across diverse platforms such as Email Service Providers (ESP), Customer Data Platforms (CDP), SMS, and call lists.

    Utilize Data-driven Insights: Harness data-driven insights to refine audience segmentation and targeting methodologies, emphasizing continual enhancement, documentation of developmental testing, and quality control.


    Leadership and Mentorship:

    Lead and mentor a team of direct reports, offering guidance and support to nurture their professional growth and development.


    Campaign Management:
    Strategize, coordinate, and oversee campaign resource workloads to ensure effective communication of campaign status. This encompasses campaign requirements gathering, architecting, and execution activities.

    Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster collaborative relationships with marketing, analytics, and product teams to synchronize audience activation initiatives with overarching business objectives.


    Vendor Relationship Management:
    Oversee vendor relationships, including performance evaluation and sustained communication to uphold alignment with business goals and objectives.

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS

    FORMAL EDUCATION:

    Required:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field


    Preferred:
    Advanced Degree in Database Marketing or Database Operations

    KNOWLEDGE &


    EXPERIENCE:

    Required:


    Profound knowledge of relational database design principles, including table design, table relationships, 1:1, 1:many, and proficient handling of primary & foreign key designations.

    Demonstrated proficiency in SQL and adeptness in querying language within diverse database environments such as Snowflake, AWS, MariaDB, Oracle, among others.

    Robust functional expertise in campaign orchestration and leveraging marketing automation tools effectively.

    Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in audience activation, digital marketing, or comparable roles, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of industry dynamics and best practices.

    Proven track record of conceptualizing and executing audience activation strategies that deliver quantifiable outcomes, thereby driving sustained business growth.

    Extensive hands-on experience with Email Service Providers (ESPs), Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), SMS platforms, and adept management of call lists.

    Exceptional analytical acumen coupled with the ability to distill complex data sets into actionable insights, facilitating informed decision-making processes.

    Outstanding communication skills, fostering seamless collaboration across diverse teams, and adept leadership capabilities essential for guiding teams towards shared objectives.

    Demonstrated capacity to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery of results while upholding quality standards.


    Preferred:
    Experience managing and developing direct reports
    Experience with customer relationship marketing, digital marketing and/or customer analytics
    Familiarity with marketing technology, marketing operations, customer data

    Possesses the ability to identify and mitigate project risks, underpinned by meticulous attention to detail.

    Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, both verbal and written, highlighted by the demonstrated capacity to exert influence without formal authority.

    Proficient in articulating complex concepts in a simplified manner without compromising the integrity or depth of information conveyed.
    Effective problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating challenges and proposing alternative solutions adeptly.
