We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tier III IT Support Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the final escalation point for Tier I and Tier II support issues
  • Lead troubleshooting of complex system, server, and network problems
  • Mentor and train Tier I and Tier II technicians
