    We are looking for a Site Superintendent who would work on our North and South Dakota projects. Whether you are local to the Dakota's or willing to be a Traveling Superintendent- we want to talk

The role of a Site Superintendent at CCC is a very dynamic job. While we focus on six key markets, a versatile Superintendent will be warmly welcomed. Whether you have a niche market or are more diverse in your building type, we want to talk to you

    As a Site Superintendent, you will supervise subcontractors to ensure the project remains on schedule and in compliance with safety regulations and company policy. You will use your strong organizational and problem-solving skills to maintain construction schedules and manage the job site resources to ensure the project is kept on schedule. Documentation of weekly progress in the software systems will be a crucial responsibility to make sure the flow of communication is clear between all personnel. Our current projects range in value from 2 to 8 million.

    You will be a key factor in ensuring project specifications are met with regard to required materials and equipment installation per industry standards. You will review shop drawings for accuracy and ensure that work being completed meets the listed specifications. Your strong ability to monitor project expenditures will ensure that you meet construction budgets.

    You will approve trade contractor applications for payment and conduct inspections at critical phases to verify compliance with contract documents. At the end of the project you will schedule, coordinate, and complete the punch list prior to the owner taking occupancy.
