Job DescriptionContribute to the creation and implementation of Lean/Six Sigma vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to enhance operational performance.
Support new business initiatives and communicate the impact on Lean/Six Sigma activities.
Develop a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy in collaboration with Management Teams and key stakeholders.
Drive cultural change across the organization to foster business improvement.
Lead and support the delivery of business improvement change initiatives.
Establish improvement standards aligned with Lean/Six Sigma best practices.
Provide expertise, advice, and guidance based on industry best practices and methodologies.
Report on project progress, risks, dependencies, budgets, resources, issues, milestones, and necessary actions for success.
Conduct business process analysis and statistical analysis to support improvement projects and broader change efforts.
Plan and facilitate Lean/Six Sigma events to drive performance improvement.
Prepare written reports and deliver presentations.
Pursue continuous training and development.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
Define divisional/department objectives, KPIs, and assess ongoing lean activity performance.
Report on target achievement and identify necessary actions.
Develop annual development plans and contribute to organizational capability/succession planning.
Foster a culture of engagement at all levels of the organization to maintain a highly motivated and flexible team.
Monitor task completion and performance, recording data in appropriate systems.

MUST HAVE SIX SIGMA BLACK OR GREEN BELT AND LEAN BACKGROUND
