Senior Policy Governance Analyst tampa fl ref

The role involves working with all Executive Directors, several Associate Directors, and their subject matter experts (SMEs), which are all key stakeholders.

The Technical Writer selected to fill this role will:

Support the Policy Management Assoc. Director in managing the implementation of IS Policy initiatives and coordination with the Enterprise Risk Group and initiatives
Provide the governance of and the support of the development and update process of Clients Information Security Policy and Control Standards for alignment with applicable laws and regulations
Ongoing maintenance and support of Client TRMs core process procedures, procedures, job aids, and other appropriate documentation used to satisfy internal controls, audits or the regulators
Development of new process workflows
The TRM Policy Governance Senior Analyst role will:

Interface with senior leadership and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in all IS disciplines to create new and maintain existing policy-related documentation in compliance with Client Framework requirements and to coordinate approvals and publication in the Client Enterprise Document Management Repository (PDMS)
Assist with advisory functions relative to Business teams queries related to IS Policies and Control Standards
Provide governance support for TRM documentation including review for soundness across policies, control standards, core processes, procedures, job aids, and other Cybersecurity material
Assist with managing bi-annual reviews of IS control standards, annual reviews of IS policies, IS program and TRM core process documents and required periodic reviews and updates of TRMs PDMS documents
Perform TRM PDMS Gatekeeper functions (when applicable)
Support special project requests

Qualifications:

3 5 years of experience in the following is required:
Knowledge of Policy and Procedural Governance
Writing information and cybersecurity policy-related documentation, reports and presentations that articulate, interpret or explain cybersecurity and risks
Designing, writing and editing technical and process procedures, job aids and processes a plus.
Experience using MetricStream- Policy Document Management System and SharePoint
Demonstrated flexibility, cooperation, collegiality and teamwork abilities
Excellent communication, incredible writing, and interpersonal skills
Strong capability in interfacing with both technology and business areas
Confidence and presence when working with senior management
Proficient in Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel and Word

MUST HAVE
3 5 years of experience in the following is required.
