    Description
    Coordinate the on-going maintenance and reconciliation of client accounts across portfolio management, order management and client relationship management systems; coordinate internally regarding account and client updates
    Review monthly and quarterly portfolio performance information; assist in the creation of GIPScompliant composite data; thoroughly document all procedures
    Ensure the accuracy of accounting for all charitable donations and alternative impact investments
    Assist in the creation of quarterly client reports; review for accuracy and data integrity
    Ensure that client requests are completed promptly and accurately
    Establish strong working relationships with fellow operations team members and colleagues across the organization
    Identify areas for process improvement and discuss possible solutions

    Qualifications :
    Bachelor's degree required
    Financial services experience preferred (1-2 years)
    Interest in sustainable investing a plus
    Excellent organization skills and the ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently, with superior attention to detail
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills required to interact with colleagues and outside contacts
    Technology focused and expertise in all Microsoft applications, especially Excel
    Proficiency in leveraging systems and processes to execute activities with accuracy and efficiency
    Experience with a Client Relationship Management (CRM) software, Salesforce preferred ü Experience with Advent Software products a plus
