    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a Secret Network Engineer to be located in the Colorado Springs area. Candidate will be responsible for planning, deploying, integrating, and testing upgrades to the program network to operational sites.

    Candidate may be responsible for traveling to Schriever or other remote locations (rarely) to lead and perform network installations, independently perform troubleshooting, and provide status updates to Program personnel.

    Skills and Requirements

    Bachelors in STEM w/ 5+ years of networking experience (additional years acceptable in lieu of degree)

    Secret clearance or higher

    IAT Level II 8570 Compliant Certification such as Security+, GSEC, SCNP, SSCP, CISSP, CISA, GSE, SCNA,

    Understand of OSI Model, TCP/IP, routing protocol GBP and OSPF

    Hands on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and TACLANES

    Experience with virtualization technologies - NFV, SDWAN, VMware, VMware Cloud Foundation, NSX, vSAN

    Understanding of DOD security practices such STIG compliance and system accreditation implementation efforts Experience with Ansible
