    Description
    Technical Customer Support Representative
    1st shift Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:45pm, OT and Weekends as needed

    Milton Roy is a leading manufacturing company specializing in metering pumps to support the Water, Oil, and Gas industries.

    We are looking for an individual with experience in pre-sale and post-sale support activities for industrial products serving the water treatment, oil/gas, and/or petrochemical industries.

    The individual in this role will be responsible for customer service and technical support for our mission-critical pump technologies.

    The role will focus on supporting the Milton Roy LMI metering pump product line and may expand to other products and responsibilities.

    This individual must have a strong attention to detail and be able to effectively communicate with internal and external customers via email, phone, and face to face conversations.

    Provide technical and commercial support to Regional Sales Managers, channel partners and end users


    • Assist with aftermarket such as application support, spare parts selection, warranty evaluations and troubleshooting
    • Develop a high level of knowledge of the technical and commercial aspects of the of the product line.
    Technical degree and/or training, a plus


    • Experience with industrial products in municipal water treatment, oil/gas, and/or petrochemical industries preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
    • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time, being able to easily pivot, and great at multi-tasking
