What You Bring:

The Consultant Mindset:
You have a strong understanding of the bigger picture, seeing projects through from concept to completion.

Technical Expertise:8+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, with a focus on HVAC, building controls, and related systems.

Standards Savvy:
Possess a firm grasp of industry standards, regulations, and codes.

Academic Credentials:
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution. A PE license is a plus

Tech-Ready:
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit design software.

Communication & Collaboration:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team.

Self-Starter:
You are a self-motivated individual who thrives with minimal supervision.
