Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and Negotiation:
  • Negotiate Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) contracts, Operations & Maintenance (O&M) agreements, procurement contracts, Renewable Energy Credit (REC) agreements.
  • Manage project acquisitions and sales.
• Project Development & Execution:
  • Closely work with development and execution teams to oversee multiple projects ensuring alignment with legal requirements.

Risk Management

IDentify, assess, and mitigate risks in project contracts. Manage claims or disputes as needed .
