Job descriptionWe are looking for a reliable RN ( Registered Nurse )

Weekend Supervisor to care for our residents in a professional and considerate manner. You - the RN - will work in a warm environment under the supervision of our Director of Nursing.

The ideal candidate will be an RN ( Registered Nurse ) experienced in providing diverse basic care to those who need it while remaining patient and calm.

We are also willing to train brand new RN 's ( Registered Nurse 's)Baylor program 7-3 & 3-11, work 32 get payed for 40hrs.

NOW OFFERING $2,000 SIGN ON BONUS FOR EVERY RN / NURSE THAT JOINS OUR TEAMResponsibilitiesRecord a patient's medical history accuratelyTake and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.

Observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications etc.

Monitor patients' condition including fluid intake and output and compose patient chartsAssist ailing patients in daily necessary activities such as eating, bathing etc.

Administer prescribed medications, injections, enemas etc., clean and dress wounds and assist with other basic medical care tasksCollect samples for lab testing as assignedProvide emotional and psychological support when neededCommunicate with patients' family or friends to provide advice, comfort and release instructionsSkillsProven experience as an RN ( Registered Nurse ) or new graduate RN ( Registered Nurse )Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary teamRN ( Registered Nurse ) with familiarity with long term care safety and sanitation standards and procedures prefferedUnderstanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practicesExcellent knowledge of medical and hospital terminologyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionateThe RN ( Registered Nurse ) must have a current Registered Nurse ( RN ) licenseApply of Call Robin today #INDACJob Type:
