    Job Title: Field Service Representative - Dispatchable

    About the Role:

    As a Field Service Representative with Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions, you will provide operations, maintenance & repair expertise on water treatment systems at various customer sites. This critical role involves working with diverse technologies, including media filtration, softening, reverse osmosis (RO), ion exchange (IX), de-oxygenation, electro deionization, ultrafiltration (UF), and wastewater management. To succeed in this profession, you will need strong mechanical/electrical/chemical and problem-solving skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability.

    • Conduct regular EHS checks and implement safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

    • Perform routine maintenance and calibration activities to ensure equipment is functioning within specified parameters.

    • Analyze data from various testing requirements, including turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, and site-specific tests.

    • Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems to prevent malfunctions and optimize performance.

    • Maintain accurate inventory of spare parts and chemicals to minimize downtime and reduce costs.

    • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls issues on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentation.

    • Create detailed technical summaries of work performed for customers and maintain accurate site paperwork.

    • Collaborate with customer management and operation teams to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.

    • Ensure contract compliance with volume and quality specifications to meet customer expectations.

    Requirements:

    To be successful in this role, you should have:

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Science/Engineering (STEM).

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.

    • Valid Driver's License and ability to travel extensively throughout the designated territory.

    • Ability to gain and maintain access to customer sites as assigned.

    • EHS-minded, team-oriented, and customer-focused approach to work.

    What We Offer:

    Veolia offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus opportunities for advancement and professional growth.
