    Description
    The Sr. Field Liaison Coordinator supports Life New Business and Financial Professionals in 1847Financial in the processing of New York business. Provide services to financial professionals for overall support and to enhance our commitment to the Financial Professionals/Client relationship.


    JOB FUNCTIONS
    Essential Functions


    • Provide support and triage services to Financial Professionals in the processing of business sold in New York
    • Assist Financial Professionals with field underwriting guidelines and expectations
    • Assist STAR Financial Professionals as required
    • Effectively utilize systems such as SmartOffice and Insight to keep Financial Professionals updated
    • Closely partners with Life New Business Relationship team to deliver an exceptional financial professional experience
    • Closely partners with CL&R team to deliver an exceptional financial professional experience
    • Assist with new business processing if necessary
    • Order medical requirements if necessary
    • Promote our digital experience in Insight
    • Serve as a resource and direct questions to the appropriate home office support groups
    • Work closely with the Field Leaders
    • Complies with all company and site policies and procedures
    • Remains current in profession and industry trends
    • Successfully completes regulatory and job training requirements
    • Performs other duties as assigned
    Required Skills

    • Competent computer experience with demonstrated ability in Microsoft Office and the ability to utilize multiple systems and windows simultaneously

    • Knowledge of Home Office and Field Office systems such as Insight, Smart Office and Paperclip
    • Ability to order medical requirements
    • Understanding of underwriting requirements
    • Understanding of Age & Amount requirements
    • Ability to screen questions and direct questions to appropriate individuals/groups
    Required Experience

    • Experience in Case Design and Illustrations
    • Familiar with products sold in New York
    • Experience with New York Regulation 60 and Regulation 187
    • Basic knowledge of term conversion privileges and contracts
    • Basic knowledge of Advanced Sales concepts
    • Familiar with the Underwriting and New Business process
    • Familiar with the STAR Financial Professionals process
    • Typically a minimum of 2-4 years related experience
    • Experience with life insurance/annuity products required
    Education

    • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred

    Base Salary - $60,000 - $86,000
