    The Wintrust at Work Program Director is responsible for the continued development and overall success of the Wintrust[redacted] program. This includes collaborating internally to develop and enhance the program's product and delivery. In addition, it requires working closely with partners and external sources to provide customized financial wellness programs (including personal banking, financial education, etc.) to corporate clients/prospects to expand our client base across retail banking.

    What you'll do:

    Sales
    • Work collaboratively with Commercial, Middle Market and Business Banking partners to identify and develop relationships with company decision makers to customize a program for their organization which will provide employees advice and services including personal banking, financial education, and access to mortgage and wealth management partners.
    • Build an effective internal and external network that results in activities to develop and expand new and existing W[redacted] relationships.
    • Manage and maintain existing relationships. Leverage reporting and sales tools to identify and track success and areas of opportunity within each relationship.
    • While partnering with frontline teams, ensure execution of the program for organizations within W[redacted] book of business. This includes relationship management, brand management, effective onsites, etc.
    • Achieve growth targets as defined by goals.
    • Promote Wintrust and/or local brand as appropriate by establishing and enhancing the banks presence in the local community.
    Program Management and Development
    • Collaborate with various internal departments to continuously enhance the program to provide a compelling set of products and services.
    CX/EX
    • Maintain our strong culture of customer experience and develop a more consistent employee experience.
    Talent Management/People Management
    • Hire and develop a team that executes effective onsite management for the organizations within the program.
    • Coach and assess team members for capability.
    • Create an environment where employees are engaged and aligned to deliver on program goals.
    Qualifications:
    • 10+ years of banking experience preferred
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Business development experience required
    • High level knowledge of bank compliance and operations required
    • Successful record of sales excellence
    • Excellent customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills
    • Exemplary interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong managerial, strategic acumen and leadership skills
    • Ability to travel up to 50% on a daily basis throughout region
