We are seeking a skilled and experienced RPA Sr Product Manager to join our dynamic team.
As an RPA Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and enhancement of our RPA platform.
You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch, and beyond.Your primary focus will be on understanding market needs, gathering requirements, defining product features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.
You must be eligible to work in the US without Visa SponsorshipResponsibilities:
Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering teams, to gather requirements and ensure alignment on product strategy and roadmap.
Develop detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development team in building new features and functionalities.
Drive the product development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases.
Act as the subject matter expert for the RPA platform, providing guidance and support to internal teams, customers, and partners.
Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, advocating for the needs and preferences of our users throughout the organization.
Drive initiatives to enhance product usability, scalability, and reliability, ensuring a seamless user experience for our customers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience 8 years as a Manager, preferably in the RPA or enterprise software industry.
In-depth knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts, technologies, and market landscape.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading product initiatives from conception to launch.
Experience working in an Agile development environment, using tools such as ADO and Confluence.
Familiarity with design thinking methodologies and user-centered design principles.
Proactive mindset with a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
