- Conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans for students with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Providing training and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and parents on the implementation of evidence-based practices and strategies
- Evaluating and reporting on student progress and outes using data-driven decision making
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborating with other service providers
- A masters degree or higher in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field
- A current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for reciprocity
- A valid Illinois license as a behavior analyst or eligible for endorsement
- At least two years of experience working as a BCBA in a school setting or with school-aged children
- Proficiency in using various assessment tools and data collection systems
- Excellent munication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
