- Proven experience as a production supervisor in a manufacturing environment, preferably in metal fabrication or machinery production
- Leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques
- Familiarity with production planning and scheduling software is a plus
salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year

Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers on the shop floor
- Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high-quality standards
- Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Train and develop production staff to enhance skills and performance
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to create a safe work environment
- Collaborate with other departments such as engineering, quality control, and maintenance to resolve production issues
