Kingston Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and forward-thinking Occupational Therapist - OT to join our team. Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess residents' functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address physical, cognitive, and psychosocial challenges.
Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to set and achieve meaningful therapy goals.
Provide education and training to caregivers and staff to support the integration of therapeutic strategies into daily routines.
Document resident progress and maintain clear communication regarding treatment plans and outcomes.
Contribute to a culture of inclusivity and respect by embracing diversity and promoting equal access to care.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the enhancement of therapy services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Indiana
Experience working with diverse populations, including older adults and individuals with varying abilities and conditions.
Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills, with a focus on person-centered care
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment.
