    Toddler Lead Teacher


    Our Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre-K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after-school programs. Our locations span a nationwide geographic footprint and a diverse array of pedagogical approaches.

    Summary:

    This Preschool Teacher role creates, manages, and participates in a variety of learning environments and activities that provide opportunities for students to develop to their fullest potential and achieve their learning objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Culture: Positively influence peers to work toward excellence. Provides quality education programs and ensures successful implementation of approved curriculum.

    • Health & Safety: Prioritize a safe, clean, and attractive learning environment. Maintain compliance with accreditation and state licensing requirements, as well as all applicable state and federal laws and internal policies and procedures.

    • Educate, Inspire, Engage: Develop life-long learners who genuinely care about children and possess the sensitivity and knowledge to understand individual needs while fostering an inclusive classroom.

    • Relationship Building: Collaborate with a talented team of educators and administrators. Develop and maintain interpersonal relationships with families, students, and school community.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Child Development Associate (CDA) Certification is required.

    • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or equivalent preferred.

    • Ability to frequently walk, stand, sit, squat, stoop, reach, kneel, rise from the floor, twist, listen, read, write, and speak English.
