- 5 years experience as an HRIS Reporting Analyst within Workday FI management specifically
- Well versed in data analytics, reporting and dashboards
- Large corporate environment experience - preferably multinational / global
- Any experience with security as it relates to Workday reporting
- PowerBI, Excel (pivot tables)
- Well versed in Workday systems configurations, functional roadmaps, business procedures, strategies, scoping, planning for application enhancements, application usage monitoring, support performance
- Well versed in presenting data to executives
- Jira or Confluence
- Must be well versed in Workday FI
- Any experience in the Logistics and Supply Chain industry highly desired
