Job summary
As a Customer Service Representative at R1 RCM Inc., you'll work in a fast-paced hospital environment helping patients check in and providing excellent customer service. You'll be responsible for collecting patient information accurately and quickly, while also listening to their fears, concerns, and questions with compassion.
