    Manarah Islamic Academy is seeking a passionate and experienced Vice Principal to join our dynamic leadership team.


    About Us:
    MIA is a thriving Islamic private school established in 2004 serving students from pre-kindergarten through eighth grade.

    We offer a comprehensive and rigorous academic program alongside a strong Islamic foundation, fostering a nurturing environment where every child can reach their full potential.


    The Role:
    The Vice Principal plays a pivotal role in supporting the school principal and shaping Manarah's future.

    You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the Elementary and Middle Schools, collaborating with faculty, and ensuring a positive learning environment for all students.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Academic Leadership:
    Participate in developing and evaluating educational programs,

    promoting innovative teaching methods, and overseeing assessments.

    Faculty Support:
    Recruit, hire, and mentor teachers, guide professional development, and conduct performance evaluations.

    Student Success:
    Manage student support services, collaborate with parents, and ensure a positive and safe learning environment.

    School Operations:
    Assist in creating the school calendar, supervising daily activities, managing student attendance, and overseeing facilities.

    Communication:

    Foster open communication with parents, faculty, and the community, serving as a spokesperson for the Elementary and Middle Schools.


    Islamic Integration:
    Ensure Islamic values are woven throughout the curriculum and school culture.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in education or a related field (master's degree preferred).

    Administrative and leadership experience in an educational setting.

    Strong understanding of Islamic principles and practices (preferred).

    Proven classroom teaching experience.

    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

    Proficiency in computer applications.
