    The Opportunity

    What you'll do:

    • Establish appropriate statistical plans, analytical tools, and requirements for analyzing various product experiences.
    • Assist in setting pricing objectives by making forecasts and projections to support the company’s mission and goals.
    • Utilize actuarial modeling software to develop new products, project future results, and determine financial strength.
    • Stay updated on market trends and research to achieve financial and market goals.
    • Creatively approach problem-solving from various perspectives.
    • Implement innovative solutions to business initiatives and provide training to team members.
    • Represent USAA's interests at industry committee meetings and ensure effective risk management.

    What you have:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    • 4 years of Actuarial/business/analytical experience + Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS).
    • Experience in developing innovative actuarial analyses and processes.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.

    What sets you apart:

    • Intermediate experience in Python.
    • Experience with project team participation in an Agile framework.
    • Strong partnerships with business partners and personal lines pricing experience.
    • Prior US military experience.
