    This position is critical to supporting the customer base of the region while actively focused on providing value to the customer and increase profits in the territory.

    Essential Job ResponsibilitiesIncrease sales through relationship building and product knowledgeRetention of Buckman's current businessChampion Buckman and customers safety culture/policiesGenerates Continuous Improvement Initiatives for Buckman and customersEntertaining as needed in accordance with Buckman guidelinesUsing subject matter expertise to troubleshoot and problem solveEstablishing relationships at all levels based on faith and trustResults driven decision making while maintaining Buckman valuesUse sales tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date account informationSubmitting required reports in a timely manner.

    Continuing education and self-training by taking advantage of training opportunitiesMaintaining consignment inventoryManaging Buckman assetsEffective Planning and PreparationObtaining and using knowledge of customers' systemsSupport Team Initiatives and Support Team Members needsActivity (Service) Reports are distributed regularly.

    Essential Job RequirementsBachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or universityPulp & Paper, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Biology Degree preferred0-5 years related experience and/or trainingSpecific training in pulp/paper science or packaging desiredDemonstrated understanding of business/finance terminology desirable #LI-JT1
