    Duties:
    Actively participate in an integrated care team with exceptional providers and support staff. Serve as psychiatric consultant to behavioral health and medical providers. Evaluate, diagnosis, and treat patients, including prescribing and administering medications.

    Qualifications:
    Valid CA Nurse Practitioner license. Board Certified.

    Must be eligible to apply for 103 NP certification by BRN; if not already approved Chapa-De recognizes that our strength lies in our people.
