- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems and units in campus buildings
- Work alongside building automation technicians
- Troubleshoot and fix units by hand
- Use hand tools HVA equipment
- Maintain inventory of refrigerant and filters
- Inform management when outside vendor assistance is required
- 5-7 years of experience working with commercial/industrial HVAC systems
- EPA Certification
- Building controls understanding
- Ability to be hands on
