- Liaise between users and developers to refine our AI tools, build compelling use cases, and facilitate user training.
- Assist with AI tool evaluations, pilot projects, and firm-wide deployments.
- Stay abreast of legal tech issues and trends, with a focus on generative AI.
- Collaborate with Innovation team members, practice managers, and attorneys to leverage existing and emerging technologies for specific practice needs.
- Engage in hands-on work with key stakeholders to design new technology and process solutions that creatively integrate various technologies.
- Proven project management skills, with experience managing multiple, concurrent projects.
- Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to create custom solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with experience managing stakeholder expectations.
- Bachelor's degree; equivalent experience, education, or training that supports performing the core responsibilities of the role may be considered.
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience, preferably in legal technology within a large law firm or legal services provider.
- Experience using AI tools for professional work product.
