Job summary
The Residential Program Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of assigned CRC home(s). This role includes managing all assigned staff, developing and implementing Individualized Service Plans (ISPs), coordinating medical services, and providing direct care and supervision.- Develop, implement, and review ISPs while responding to the needs, desires, and interests of individuals.
- Provide and oversee direct care and instruction in personal care, adaptive equipment, education, social skills, meal preparation community inclusion etc
- Implement behavioral support programs with assistance of clinical staff.
