    ABOUT YOU

    You will lead the conceptual and strategic direction of all architectural projects, overseeing design integrity from inception through completion of each project.

    You will be involved in a range of projects interpreting and collaborating the conceptual design process with Design managers, Development, Construction Managers and Leasing.

    Expert in design with an advanced understanding of architecture to manage designs, leading and guiding team members in planning, organization, and controlling the project workflow within the needs of company.

    Possesses expert professional knowledge & expertise covering multiple disciplines within their function.

    Involves High level decision making that may serve as precedent for future decisions affecting the entire Development team and company.

    Objectives are of the largest scope and substantial complexity requiring the development of advanced concepts, techniques, standards & applications.
    Thoroughly understands interdependencies of role & acts as a consultant to Leadership on projects, strategies, & efficiencies.

    Work with Clients to create LOD's and concept plans ensuring their vision and requirements are met while adhering to relevant codes and regulations.

    Review of internal and external design approval processes.

    Plays crucial role in coordination with engineers, designers, and contractors to meet the projects aesthetic and functional aspects that meet the companies' brand, objectives, and budget.

    Accountable for execution and tracking of A&E contracts and cost expenditures.
    Stay relevant on Building Code and regulations.

    Guide and collaborate the conceptual design process with the Development, Leasing, & Construction Division for new buildings, existing buildings, and various tenant buildouts through Project team meetings and refine until ready to be turned over to Construction Document stage.

    Ability to oversee and guide design ideas created by team in multiple design formats, either through various software platforms or sketching.

    Requirements:
    WHAT WE NEED Education Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering.
    Experience and/or Training 8-10 years' experience as lead architect in Industrial, Office, Mixed Use and/or Hospitality/Food Service Design. Active board licensure required and stamps available in states with active projects.

    Technology/Equipment Knowledge and proficiency with AutoCAD, 3D modeling and Revit programs, along with all Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook, powerpoint, ect.) Familiarity with building and ADA codes.

    Travel Willingness to travel as needed. WHAT WE PREFER
    Degree Master's degree preferred.
    Travel Ability to travel to various projects as needed. YOU MUST ALSO HAVE
