- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer or Professional Landscape Architect license in the State of Arkansas, or ability to obtain an Arkansas license
- 5+ years of civil engineering design/project management experience in land development
- Experience with storm drainage design
- Experience working with municipal government clients and regulatory agencies
- Experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team

McClelland Consulting Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Professional Civil Engineer or Landscape Architect to join our Land Development Department in our Little Rock office. We are seeking an individual with a minimum of five years design experience in the land development field who wants to work as part of a team committed to making a positive impact on local community infrastructure.
