    Job Descriptions for Partners and Associates.

    We are seeking experienced Insurance Defense Attorneys in Reno, Nevada. The ideal candidates will have experience in at least one of the following areas: bodily injury defense, construction defect, professional liability, environmental, general liability, transportation, employment, and or other insurance defense lines of business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Partners
    • You drive the cases and develop the strategies to discuss with clients and business partners. We have trial-level lawyers but do support you trying your own cases if you so desire and demonstrate the skills to do so. You are lead counsel on day-to-day management of your cases and are expected to be actively involved.
    • Associates
    • Work collaboratively with partner level lawyers including preparing and conduct depositions, motion practice, oral arguments, settlement negotiations, and assist in customer service items such as reporting.

    Qualifications:

    • Partners - Minimum 7 years' experience as a licensed lawyer, with at least 3 years in Nevada and 2 years of insurance defense. No book of business needed.
    • Associates – Minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed lawyer.

    Base Salaries

    Partners - $160, $220,000.00 per year based upon experience and responsibilities.

    • Lawyers with over 15 insurance defense jury trials is subject to additional compensation.

    Associates - $110,000 - $160,000 per year based upon experience and independence.
