- 2+ years of experience as an Assistant or General Manager of a quick-service restaurant concept
- Proven track record of strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for creating memorable dining experiences
- ServSafe Manager certification preferred
- Reliable transportation, excellent verbal and written communication skills, punctuality, and professionalism
