    Join our Growing Team

    Big Stone Therapies is currently seeking a full-time Staffing Coordinator to join our administrative team in Ortonville, MN.

    This is a benefited position scheduled for 40-hours per week (1.0 FTE), Monday through Friday. We offer flexible schedule options, including the ability to work remotely from home up to 3 days per week.

    Job Duties:

    • This position will coordinate all tasks associated with the onboarding of our traveling therapy staff, including:
      • Tracking and collecting licenses, immunization records, employment verifications, and other required documentation
      • Assigning trainings and assisting with CPR class registration
      • Processing background studies
      • Scheduling appointments for immunizations and titers, TB testing, and fingerprinting
      • Ensuring compliance with company policies and state/federal requirements
      • Maintaining appropriate records, filing system, and archiving documents to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
    • This position will also involve:
      • Assisting with sourcing of new candidates, including posting employment ads and contacting applicants.
      • Creating a quarterly newsletter and other marketing-related duties
      • Providing other assistance within the department as needed

    Qualifications:

    • Require a minimum of a 2-year degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or other related field of study.
    • Prefer at least 1-year of experience in a relevant field
    • Must have strong computer skills and knowledge of programs including Excel, Word, Publisher, and Outlook internet/e-mail.
    • Requires excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to interact with the public and employees in a highly professional manner.
    • Must have strong time management and organizational skills. Must be able to work independently with the ability to account for your efforts. Must be detail oriented.
    • Must have the ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
