Our team is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that enhance the rental experience. We are seeking a visionary and strategic Head of Product to lead our product development efforts.

As the Head of Product, you will play a critical role in defining and executing the product strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of our users.

About this position


Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the product roadmap, aligning it with the company's overall vision and business objectives.
Lead a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful platform innovation and functionality. Initially craft and implement strategic and tactical plans.
Assist in building out a team consisting of ecommerce product manager,
Conduct market research and user feedback analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new feature development.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to gather customer insights and translate them into actionable product improvements.
Define and communicate product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.

Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to stay at the forefront of the proptech and tenant loyalty/satisfaction space.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

4-7 years of experience in product management, ecommerce product management, with a track record of successful product launches and enhancements.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Proven experience in shaping product strategy, defining roadmaps, and prioritizing features.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to advocate for a seamless user experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey product vision and strategy.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the real estate or proptech industry.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools.
