    Job Title

    Financial Reporting and Analysis Specialist

    Position Summary:

    This position plays a critical role in monthly financial reporting and analysis, ad hoc reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and projections.

    Hiring Requirements

    • Master's degree in a relevant field or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
    • Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) license or ability to obtain within two years of employment.
    • 10+ years' experience in financial reporting, construction accounting, consolidation, and financial analysis.
    • Demonstrated experience within the construction industry and utilizing construction ERP(s).
    • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills, able to manage multiple projects and complete them accurately and on time.
    • Proven strong communication, follow-through, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen.
